This was my second time dining here and it was disappointing. I ordered a burger medium well. It arrived almost medium rare - very pink. Our server never followed up after service, so there was no option to have them recook or to order something else. Food is ordered at the counter, and due to a long line, it wasn’t practical to stand in line to correct the problem. Burger ($9.50) doesn’t come with a side. Found this gem on our vacation from Chesapeake Va to Gatlinburg Tn. I was blown away at the quality of the food and really wish it was closer to me. Kudos to everyone there. I'll be sure to visit again!
