I AM NOT INPRESSED WITH THE WAY THE OFFICE STAFF CONDUCTS BUSINESS. WHEN YOU APPLY THEY TELL YOU 5-7 DAYS FOR AN APPROVAL TO MOVE IN IT TOOK ME 3 WEEKS TO GET APPROVAL TO MOVE IN. THE OFFICE STAFF HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO RUN AN OFFICE BUT I GUESS THATS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU ARE THE OWNERS DAUGHTER. THE STAFF ARE NASTY AND VERY UNCOPERATIVE.KIDS RUN THOUGH YOUR PROPERTY AND NOTHING IS DONE. POLICE PATROL BUT THERE STILL IS CRIME IN THE PARK.
Excellent mobile home community to rise a family. Nice and quiet.
Just to let you know, they dont give back your security deposit! We did everything they told us to get it back. We moved in June, its October and we still dont have it. They dont return calls, they wont give you the number to the corporate office to complain. They let anyone into the pool, your lot fee doesnt go to better the community, section 8 everywhere, trashy people and staff. This place is horrible!
Single-wide lots \$362/mo. Tenants to pay water fees minimum \$30/mo + usage. High fees arent helping deteriorating park. Cars everywhere, trashy lots, ppl always milling about in streets.
I bought a trailer that was already in the park.... and then I applied I guess that was a misake on my part but anyway after waiting over 3 weeks for a reponse I was told that I was denied and that they were not going to let me move in there. I then told them that I would give them six months rent in advance that then took them 2 more weeks to come up with the desison which was still no. They could not tell me why and I am still waiting to find out why... They dont return your calls and they act rude when you do talk to them... read more
