Dan made my first home purchase much less scary and much more straightforward than I was anticipating. He was quickly available over the phone (text messages and calls) to answer questions and clearly layout the next steps in the process. Works with a lender who got me a great rate. Weeks after my move in he got me a free couch (and a pointer finger!) as well LOL Great experience overall!

Could not be happier with the entire process, beginning to end. I was walked through every step, and had plenty of time provided for my questions and concerns.
