I have purchased bedroom, living room, and lighting from Homeclick on multiple occasions. Each time I was pleased with the product and the customer service. Even when the item I ordered was not quite what I expected they were more than happy to work with me to return ship, refund and help me find a new product in a timely manner. I love their products and the quality of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for unique items and excellent customer service.
I ordered 2 Toto toilets from Homeclick as well as two Kichler Lights - All 4 products showed in stock on their website and I received tracking for the Toto toilets the same night the order was placed and tracking for the lights came two days later. One of the toilets cam damaged and with one three minute call they told me to discard the broken toilet and sent me a new toilet that very same day. I have had a wonderful experience with Homeclick and have shared this experience with friends and family.
