Interesting to learn on this site that Homeclick.com is apparently now out of business. That would explain my experience with them. I ordered 2 products. Unlike many others, I did receive them. I decided I wanted to return them. Homeclick touts their Free Return Policy. I contacted them twice via their website contact form. No response. I am a Vendor selling on Home Click. I am not sure if others are having the same problem but I can't get them to pay their Invoices.
Ordered a tub came defective they returned my money but want me to dispose of it which cost me money
I purchased a ceiling light fixture--the fixture had a shade that attached w/hardware to the glass. It arrvd w/no way to attach the hardware to the shade--no holes in shade as pictured (advertised) and directions did not show any other way to attach it. My electrician spent a long time mounting the fixture--we were told a replacement fixture would be sent from manufacture--then Homeclick said Mnfctr would send the SAME shade! I made a purchase last week. Items arrived damaged, Refused delivery but took several pictures. Even the delivery driver told me he expect me to refuse, The fireplace was either a floor model or used. Not in original packaged. Was on a pallet with plastic wrap. The stone inserts were not packaged properly which caused them to arrive in a million pieces. Customer service was great until today. Originally was to be an urgent shipment until today. First they said the items were in stock and would ship within 24-48 hours. After they took our money, we received an email saying that we would receive the items in 3-3 and a half weeks. When the shipment finally arrived, it contained a defective item. Homeclick's website and emails all say that defective items are easily and effortlessly replaced with great customer service. WRONG AGAIN....they make the customer call the manufacturer and wade thru their process and then call them back. Homeclick wont simply give you your mo... read more
This company has poor customer service and little to no knowledge of the product they are selling. Items say "in stock" and take 4-6 weeks to ship, are then delayed and are also canceled on the customers end due to poor vendor relations between Homeclick and their suppliers. Homeclick canceled my already placed AND paid for order, after two weeks of me waiting for it to ship. I find this extremely unprofessional and bad business.
I ordered a heater from Homeclick after reviewing it on their website. I was looking for a "Made in USA" heater. The heater I bought from them was advertised as "Proudly made in the USA". When I opened the box and pulled out the heater....I see on the nametag "Made in China". I call this false advertising. I emailed them about this and there has been no response at all.....I won't buy anything at all from them again.

My order did not arrived after expected shipment date. I received no update on my purchase. I waited few more days and nothing is happening until i filed a complaint to the online purchase and feedback was my product will be delivered 3 months later. I cancelled my order and refund is quick.
