It was okay, now it's HORRIBLE. We complained to the health department and code enforcement. i have several co workers and family members , that were using their services and we all have the same issues. Even the doctors offices STOP sending them patient's . Aides have LONG nails , no mask, don't bathe the patient's, i have a camera and will release it so your agency can review. The Aides are suppose to be there for 1hour they spend 15mins in their car, come in for 15mins and sit in their car for 15mins, s they can clock in ... read more
