Shout out to Dina for her Excellent Customer Service
The customer service was absolutely amazing at this hotel. It was a busy weekend and the receptionist during the day and the manager was top notch! We had a slight issue with our room and both of them made sure it was not only taken care of, but went above and beyond by delivering treats to our room for the inconvenience. I appreciated this next level customer service when we are paying full price for a hotel room. Next time we visit Ohio, I would definitely come again.
Have a autistic niece who was in room at 1030 screaming and we were kicked out of the hotel representative said they came to the room which was a lie the only people who came to the room were the police who they called to remove us from the room which we left with no issues but manager was extremely rude and the morning staff was just as rude will never be staying at this hotel again staff is rude and not understanding of autistic community.
