Great hotel, very helpful staff
No forks in room , were clean , but didn’t have oatmeal everyday like most and when I asked I was answered very disrespectfully. I also had the manager knock on my door when my husband works Nights trying to say someone complained we were smoking in the room . That’s BS because I always smoke outside. Pool wasn’t working , and I will not be here again after this week . So disappointed because we love home to suites.
On the day we checked in 06/20/26 the gentleman at the front desk was AMAZING. The room? Great. So why not 5 stars? Well, it was my fault, I left my wallet in room 221. When I called back, the young lady was dismissive and got the room number incorrect 3 times. I am positive that room was either never searched or the wallet was taken. Ruined what was otherwise a really nice over night stay.
