My experience at Home2 Suites was honestly disappointing. The night management is not professional at all, and the communication with customers is extremely poor. The night lobby is completely off-limits with no explanation or accommodation, which makes guests feel unwelcome and confused. On top of that, the room was not clean. The couch and ottoman had visible hair and stains, and when I wiped the ottoman with a hand towel for less than a minute, the towel came out filthy. Literally everything about this was far below expectations. I stayed Thanksgiving night and was severely disappointed. I arrived and no one was at the desk. When someone did finally check me in I was welcomed to a filthy room. Like counters weren’t washed and someone’s (not mine) hair all in the bed. They moved me to a room a floor up and that room was super loud and the hall was full of stains. Breakfast was for the most part empty well over an hour before cutoff.
