Katrina was very rude from the beginning. Customer service was horrible from her lying to saying she was manager to Helen having horrible customer service and lying as well. Helen threaten to cancel our room and we politely let her know that’s fine. You won’t threaten me and talk to me like a child or one of your employees. I see why Katrina has horrible customer service. Went and booked us another hotel with exceptional service. You don’t speak to paying customers that way over a misunderstanding.
Pros: *Everyone we interacted with at the desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. *The rooms were very clean. *The hotel looked new and freshly updated *No signs of bedbugs or roaches Cons: *The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows smash down into nothing, and the bedding is scratchy and thin. The beds are SO uncomfortable that we cancelled our reservation for the next week (we were traveling) and booked it at the hotel next door…. *The walls are paper thin.
