Just heard from another guest that employee called police on women before they checked out because they told them they could stay later for a late check out. I won’t be spending anymore more coins and I will be telling my family to hold off
This has been the worst experience with the Hilton hotel that I have ever encountered. As a 20+ year Hilton rewards member, I can confidently say that the service at this hotel has been the most unsatisfactory I have experienced in two decades. Zero ⭐️
Disappointing and Unprofessional Handling of a Late Checkout I am extremely disappointed with how this property handled what should have been a routine late checkout situation. Instead of resolving the matter professionally through communication or standard hotel procedures, management chose to escalate the situation by contacting law enforcement to remove a guest from the hotel. Beautiful rooms, close enough to everything.
I wished I had read the reviews before I booked was we were here for a funeral. Got here last night 4 adults got to the room was not clean asked if we could get another room pre front desk filled up cloths left in drawers dishes dirty bathroom floor dirty and the bed covers had hair on them. I took pictures and sent them I had to ask for cleaning supply to clean myself I have never been so disappointed in a hotel but for this to suppose to be new this is really disappointed.
