Stayed here three times so far and is our go-to.
We needed a place to stay for medical appointments, and Home2Suites worked out very well. The Front Desk staff was great, especially at check in. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfy. We appreciated the kitchenette and comfy beds. We will definitely stay here again.
Well i tried to be chill about this and deal with Hilton customer service but i do not think i will get a resolution that way. I stayed here for 3 nights a the beginning of September and was charged over $800 for that stay. I went to use the shower on my first night and the shower handle came right off. The water could not be turned off all the way and it slowly tricked cold water. I called the front desk, it was like 10pm and they could not get someone up there that night, ok i get it.
