I hate to say it, but this stay had more negatives than positives. There were a few maintenance issues - the garbage disposal didn’t work, under the sink leaked and ran out onto the floor, and the thermostat stopped responding at one point. What was more frustrating was the inconsistency in communication. I reported issues to the front desk and was told notes would be made for maintenance, only to find out the next day that nothing had actually been logged. This happened twice. The hotel was ok. The room had black hairs in the shower and the gym floor was dirty. The pillows were absolutely awful and blankets very thin.
