As a Diamond member I was informed by front desk that my request to cancel my 2 room reservation would be canceled. Unfortunately, they only canceled 1 room and I was charged a late canceled fee for the other room they failed to cancel. I spoke with Ashley at the desk and got attitude and disrespect. Although Hilton Diamond Customer service were pleasant, the front desk and General Mgmt need coaching in professionalism. Needless to say, I am never staying at this establishment and I'm informing my company to do the same.

I never give all “5s” but they deserve it! Quality rooms that are extra clean and well stocked. Sofa sleeper that actually folds out. Complete kitchen with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Stocked with pots, silverware, glasses, cups and plates. All bath amenities provided in full size bottles. Full complete hot breakfast. Staff was so helpful and always there.

The “queen-sized” bed is really a double bed (narrower than a queen) and the front desk agent was having none of it when I politely asked about a room with a larger bed or more than one bed. “We ain’t got nothing else.” Just something to keep in mind if there are two adults trying to shared a bed.

Amazing stay. Clean nice rooms and the staff was amazing. And even the free breakfast was great. They had good amount of food to choose from. I will definitely be back
