The hotel was not bad, but the front desk staff on duty could use some help. I used the chat when I first got into town and asked the representative to please let me know when my room was available because I understood that the hotel was sold out the day before and it would take time to clean the rooms. They never let me know my room was ready. It was clean, had the amenities I wanted. Front desk was friendly and made check in a breeze.
It was perfect and the front desk person was awesome, able to answer questions about the area and help locate some attractions we wanted to find, as well as great restaurants. Thank you Brandi.
The room stays hot all day, no adjustment for ac, had house keeping twice in 6 days, customer service at desk are not welcoming or even ask how things are going. I wouldn’t stay here again.
