Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I was charged twice for my deposit… the first card “declined” and then I paid with another card, and it went through. Both charges cleared…. But I was told by the desk agent that I only paid once, and couldn’t be given a receipt til I check out. Thank God I travel with a Capital One Venture X card with a 20k limit… oh yeah that’s the card that got “declined” even though it’s never declined in the YEARS that I’ve had it.
I can’t say enough great things about Ashley Brock at the front desk of Home2 Suites in Panama City Beach. We ran into an issue with our reservation because my office accidentally made some mistakes when booking it, and I was expecting a stressful situation.
