Horrible place to drive, into the motel is a nightmare for all. Road conditions are scary.
Rude, rude customer service! When booking at this hotel, you better pray things go accordingly otherwise if you encounter an unexpected issue that requires customer service help, you are on your own!! The lady that works there name Shiela is unhelpful and rude. I needed to cancel due to an illness, however she told me, the reservation was none refundable and gave me an 800 number to call instead. I did and spoke with an agent who agreed to give me a full refund. More than a week goes by and I’m still waiting for a refund. I ... read more
