We had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked connecting rooms (this was confirmed), but when we got there, we were told they can’t guarantee connecting rooms and basically, oh well. So why let people book that way if you can’t guarantee it? Makes no sense. The front desk staff were so rude. A woman middle age with dark red and gray hair was seriously awful. Great hotel. Well worth the price. A home away from home and lots of sights close by.
Absolutely amazing hotel. New clean and friendly staff! Breakfast was amazing every morning with a variety of meats and other options, wow! Highly recommend a two room suite if staying with little ones. Great safe location, too!
