The only downside to our stay was the pool was cloudy. Everything else was good.
Overall very good. Clean room with average comfort beds. Customer service was excellent.
My stay at Home2 Suites Rockford was generally comfortable with friendly staff and a good location. However, I noticed housekeeping could improve. For example, after cleaning, the used cups in my room were left unwashed.
