When you walk into the lobby and the check-in clerk is sitting with a friend, ignoring you until you're literally stopped at the counter before getting out of his chair. I'm pretty sure the luggage we were carrying gave us away that we were there for a reason. Not friendly at all. Then, the remote batteries were dead once the TV was turned on the next morning. The overall experience was good. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent for an included meal.
House keeping checked on us every day to see if we needed anything.
The rooms were outstanding and definitely will be looking to stay with them again if needed!
