Be careful they will charge you 2 incidental fees instead of 1. I called spoke with debra and asked to speak with a manager and got the run around. First I was told that she "was not in the office". Then im told "we never charged you an incidental fee" Then less the 1 minute later I'm told "she's in a meeting and will call me back". Of course I never received a call back. Please be weary of this hotel. Bathroom was filled with hair. Fridge was not clean. Would not recommend.

The room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was the perfect base for my week in Knoxville on business giving me the flexibility to eat out, get take-out or eat in, making something myself in the well equipped kitchen. The "office" space meant that working from the hotel when needed was a pleasure. The internet was fast and stable and the in-room iron and ironing board meant I could look my best for meetings. Excellent hotel I’m highly recommended if you’re visiting West Knoxville.
