Overall good experience, comfortable and clean.
Much respect for the staff of this hotel. We stayed here during easter weekend for a hockey tournament. After enduring a horrible night where the fire alarm was pulled at 11:45 pm, it was pulled again during the day the next day and management/staff took control of the situation. Thank you again to the staff for partaking in our teams Easter scavenger hunt. The kids loved it and the parents were very grateful and thankful that staff helped with it and allowed it to happen. I am incredibly disappointed with the management staff at this hotel, we had an incident occur where a large woodboard fell off a wall.Smashing my son's ipad.A person from maintenance had to come and screw it back on the wall.As it was only held on with wood, glue. The next day Sergei come to investigate the situation offering zero apology and was incredibly dismissive and accusatory, insinuation and saying this "thin" piece of wood couldn't have possibly done that damage to the ipad.
