Paid for room early afternoon and right before we got to motel around 6:30 I got a email saying reservations were canceled so I showed up and said they were under staffed and had no rooms available so we had to go els where, I wouldn’t bother booking here, save you money and time.
The hotel only had 2 carts for carrying luggage. This hotel service well over 50 people to only have 2 carts. I asked the front desk person and was informed this information. Customers already are paying and then they have to carry heavy bags around the hotel. I seen so many elderly people struggling to carry out their luggage. Please do better.
