I had a medical test canceled and therefore canceled my hotel stay for the night before by 1pm. Previously I had moved the date, because the test was moved and was told by the desk clerk the dead line was 1 pm. The clerk was rude, did not inform me I would be charged. I called back and asked to talk to the manager, the same rude clerk took my information, but the manager has never called. It's been 4 days. Im a silver member and have been a loyal customer. I was visiting a relative, who's there for business. The room was nice, he had to ask for room service, I did't like the sliding bathroom door. The continental breakfast here is good. The set up is different, and I can understand why. The Hilton not far from here rooms are better, but the breakfast is definitely better here. I could return.
