Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lots of parking. Convenient location. 5 stars all the way.
The hotel was very nice, good location for a test we had to take in Indy, and overall clean! We loved the spacious rooms and full sized fridge. Just a few things: The blanket duvet covers kept coming off and we weren’t sure if the inner blanket was cleaned or not. We googled it and only some hiltons actually clean them after every stay. We also reserved a government rate online which said we only needed proof of government ID (which we had) but when we checked in they asked for formal papers instead, which wasn’t cool.
Courtney provided the best customer service you could ever ask for! I am from out of town and accidentally booked the wrong Home2Suites location. She got my situation all ironed out for me and was so nice and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you so much!
