Pro: Comfortable room and beds. Plenty of space. Good gym. Nicely appointed kitchenettes. Front desk staff was nice Near airport Con: Very loud. Could hear people above us talking at night. Sound comes in room from hallway very easily. Random people knocking on hotel room doors at 2am. The hotel would be perfect if they had better sound insulation.
Nice rooms, great staff and I really like the gym! Complimentary breakfast is cherry on top!
I needed to fly into Indianapolis for a family event. I flew in the day before the event and was car-less. I saw they had shuttle services so I called the hotel and they said things had changed. They said they provide an Uber voucher. The voucher is for $25. The Uber rides fluctuate depending on supply/demand. I paid $12 of my voucher and then the tax/fee was another $4 and the remaining money even paid the tip! What a great deal! Check in was easy and the service was perfect and professional.
