Came here to hike redwood. This place feels brand new. Service was friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The room was very nice, we enjoyed the fire pit as well. But when we arrived late after a long day on the road, no one was at the desk or there to open the door. Luckily, we were able to do a remote check in key on the phone. The location is mediocre but the hotel is nice
Brand new faculty. Great work out room. Hotel and rooms are very spacious.
They checked me out of my room when I was not there and kept my 7,000 dollars worth of clothes and checked me out of my room when I was not even there and checked me out of my room when I was not there after they said that I was ok and the room was paid for they also got 5,800 dollars I had I had in my pants pockets and when I demanded to know where my stuff was they threatened to call the police on me...
