Wow. First time here and I was definitely impressed. Upon entering I was greeted by Alicia. Friendly smiles, efficient and helpful. Alicia explained where everything was located, pool, laundry , work out room and elevator. Alicia also mentioned the time and are where breakfast is served from 6a—9a. The location was very convenient to JBLM. Rooms were clean, nice sized, and fairly modern. The area is nice, no concerns about crime. The laundry facility needs work.
I hope I will be able to update this review positively once I speak to a member of leadership. I am currently checked in at a competitor hotel because my room was dirty and had a strong odor of dog when we checked in that we could not sleep there. It being late in the evening, and there being no other rooms available, the desk personnel was not able to offer more than spray for the smell and new sheets to put on the bed.
