ATTENTION ATTENTION!!!- Do not stay at this hotel. I do not do reviews but I am doing so because it may help someone who is trying to pick a hotel. I originally booked for two days. The first room I was given had hair in the bed and I switched rooms with no problem. The second room was fine until it wasn’t. I was on the 4th floor and there was a bedbug in my bed. Room had black mold in the shower, tile was coming up off the floor in the bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, no ventilation at any time in the bathroom. We have to review before I haven’t gotten a return call like I request requested. When I was sent the survey .waited over 15 minutes in the front for the lady to try and assist another person. Great price. Great pool and jacuzzi and very clean.
Diamond member here and I must say I have never been treated so rudely before at any Hilton locations. The girl that was at the front counter last night at 7pm got up and gave me the dirtiest look. I didn’t say anything until she acknowledged me. When she finally did she said “Yes?” I asked for my complimentary waters. Went to my room and my digital card didn’t work.
