We checked into two rooms. The larger of the two had a huge cockroach in the sofa bed. The front desk moved them to a smaller room . We were still charged for the original reservation. Our room was on the side adjacent to the interstate highway. Traffic noise all night long.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, my fiancé and I’s wedding is October 23 rd I’ve been trying to setup a room block , for bridal party and family that are coming out of town. I was given the runaround FOR A MONTH !! And I was told “ she will get back to you eventually.” I then called the hotel twice , I was given the wrong email for whoever handles the room blocks . Traveled in for a 4 night stay. Very quiet and convenient location. The place was clean, well cared for, and the staff was friendly. Nice gym and pool area. My only complaint was the continental breakfast was mediocre at best but there is a Waffle House and Cracker Barrel right down the street so not too bad.
