I recently stayed at Home2 Suites Dallas DeSoto, and while there were some positives, overall the experience was disappointing. The front desk workers were wonderful — very helpful and attentive despite what seemed like a busy situation with rooms not being ready on time. The breakfast was also a highlight, with nice options. This location will never again get my business. I cancelled well in advanced and they still charged a cancellation fee. even last time i was there. the front counter was rude and acted like the customers were a nuisance.

Came in town for my dad’s birthday. Sheila was the employee working at the time and was absolutely amazing. We had an issue with our room so she went above and beyond for us to find a room that best suited our family. She was still there when we came down for breakfast the next morning and greeted us with a smile and asked if there was anything else she can do for us to make our stay great. She is amazing. Breakfast staff was also sweet and made sure we had all we wanted for breakfast. Great stay and will come back.
