Jessica (Manager) has a friendly and hardworking crew. They were so responsive and helpful. Booking with Hilton.com has been a mess multiple times for us. This was one of those times where we booked a room and then were told by the property, the room was not available. Jessica and her team actually finished a room being renovated, early for us, so we were able to move to the larger room with our big family, the last two days of our stay.
