I had to stay after getting caught in the Noreaster rain storm while traveling in the area. The pricepoint was comparable to other places nearby. Right off 495 which allowed me to get on the road quickly the next day. Walls are super thin and I could hear all the people coming and going that night. Comfy bed was a big bonus after a terribly sketchy drive.
I rated this Hilton highly because it feels very fresh with it just being 3 years old or so. The room is set up well and makes for a comfortable stay. The gym was small but I was able to get on a treadmill with no wait. Great choice in hotel if looking in this area.
Stacy, the hotel manager, was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful during my stay. She showed little concern for guests’ needs, was dismissive when issues were brought up, and made the overall experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend dealing with her. I also witnessed racism toward an associate of mine that is of African American descent.
We needed to go to Franklin,MA, so the location was perfect. I don't usually like Hiltons, but this one was pretty great.
False advertisement! You are not getting a full kitchen. They added a dishwasher, for whatever reason, and nothing else. Room lay out is ridiculous. Breakfast is a joke..
