I forgot my pillow and my freaking jellycat!! called twice, told me they were going to get back to me and they never did! what a disaster, by the way i waited 2 days before calling back. I understand it’s my fault if i forget it and loose it, but not giving me a call back is a total disrespect and you guys for sure stoled my stuff worth 300$ +! never again.. worst service ever!
