On the 30th of October at night, the coworkers front desk were very nice. So in the morning (31st) at 6, the coworkers front desk were very nice. So I was fixing my food, so I spoke (good morning and how are you?) to the lady who works in the kitchen. She said something under her breath. Everything was Great EXCEPT the breakfast. The “sandwiches” were ridiculous. Croissants looked and tasted like they were old and had been reheated 12 times, bacon was extremely thin and floppy and the day they had chicken it was pathetic. It was rubbery and flavorless. The lady who was making them was rude and acted insulted that the guest asked her for anything.
Here for work and it's nice. Front staff is awesome and the breakfast workers are really nice
The phone was down the entire time I stayed. I was trying to call the front desk or housekeeping for extra pillow one night then an extra towel 3 nights later. I even tried calling from my own cellphone.
