Checked into a room that my coworker was in the previous night. He was switched to a different room because of a leaking ceiling and mold. Hours later I was checked into the same room and they just painted over the top of it. (BELOVED ROOM 315) They then moved me to a room that the air was broke. I then was put into a good room. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Cockroaches in the kitchenette. Woke up to cockroaches in the sheets. Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. No acknowledgement or even an apology when mentioned to the front desk. You've been warned.

I would give this hotel a better rating but for one thing. We stayed here 9 months ago and there were no carts. I ask and was told they only have 2 but have ordered more. Nine months later and no carts, same story. We are seniors and need carts to take suitcases to our room. The girl at the front desk just said she didn't know where they were, no help there. Will be finding another hotel for this stop that we make twice a year.

Mold problem on the 3rd floor. They were nice and moved me once from 315 to 327, unfortunately both of them smell horrible and the bedding and furniture just kinda just feel wet. Front desk worker was nice and I’m too tired to ask for another room, but I would avoid this place. I only stay at Hilton, but this is not a real Hilton.
