Never again ever
Not good at all! Claimed only one room left which was inhabitable due to it being soaking wet everywhere ( leaky AC unit??). Left this Lifetime Diamond member to find alternative accommodations at 10.30pm! No assistance from hotel at all
I had a great stay at Home2Suites! The hotel rooms were very clean and well-kept, which made a big difference during my work trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay more comfortable. Even though I was here for work, I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and family stays. It has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. This will definitely be my go-to spot the next time I’m in the area!
Incredible stay AND got nice rest as expect. We were bit concerned with previous some reviews but with out stay, everything went as planned. Room was absolutely clean and felt fresh and cozy. Front desk team members were very courteous. Break Fast was really amazing. Absolutely wonderful. Fresh/Warm sandwiches were my favs. Also the lady prepping the breakfast was very friendly and always smiling and cheerful. Special thanks to her. Front Desk member Isabel was fantastic. Nice, clean, fresh hotel. The staff was kind and courteous. Breakfast isn't anything to brag about but Buccees is 5 mins away. Would stay here again any time.
