The room was clean, but our stay was far from smooth. The front desk staff was rude during check-in, which was already disappointing. The A/C in our room barely worked. But the worst part was getting stuck in the elevator — the lights went black, and then everything shut off. When it finally powered back on, the emergency phone didn’t even work.
