Always stay at Home2
Tonight my heater broke in my apartment and almost ruined my insulin that was already opened. I talked to the night auditor and he was able to help me make a reservation and check me in with kindness. I feel bad I don't remember his name as I was flustered but the kindness was everything. The suites are great for long stays and the room was clean . Highly recommend the friendly service of this hotel. Thank you so much Home 2 Suites austin airport for saving me and my insulin
The room struggled to get cool in cool weather. One day the outside temp was in the 70s and we set it to 68, the room was barely cool. The next day it was in the 30s and the room was extremely hot. So weird. The bed had hair under the fitted sheet. I usually don't look but decided to and there was more than 5 peices of hair. The room is outdated. Walls and furniture is peeling. An old hotel that needs updated. Whoever chose orange green and brown for the color scheme was out of their mind. Room was neat but the carpet and doors were dirty. Hotel breakfast was subpar. Some oatmeal, waffles, bagel, or boiled eggs were the options. Wouldn't go back.
