RecommendedVery clean and spacious. The valets were superb. The atmosphere was very pleasant.
I am thoroughly disgusted with the customer service and delay of refunding my money that this property fraudulently charged to my debit card! I was left stranded because of the negligence of this hotel! I incurred fees on my account and never once I have I heard from this property [aside from my numerous calls] I called the AGM and to date never heard back! Sheets on the bed look like they rolled them in a ball and put on the beds. Called the front desk 3 times and it rang 30 times and no one answered. Good thing it wasn’t an emergency. I had to go down to the front desk and the desk agent said she was the only one there at 4:30 in the afternoon and could not answer my calls. I am a Diamond member and travel very week, more and more I am disheartened by Hilton properties. I’m thinking it’s time to move on.
The pull out couch mattress in our room was defective; staff told us there is nothing they can do. We waited twenty minutes for someone to valet park our car last night and then got no explanation for the wait, or help unloading. There was rust in the shower, the breakfast line moved at a snail’s pace due to the format of their setup, and the dining room is entirely too small to accommodate the number of people eating breakfast. Very clean room and friendly staff. Parking is $30/night, just FYI
Nice room, close to all the good stuff.
The room was clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The sleeper sofa is a joke! My husband's words "I've slept in foxholes that are more comfortable than this." There is not enough room in the breakfast area. You were crammed into a long table with strangers. They need a remodel and add more small tables.
