Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely horrible. The staff have been disrespectful, unprofessional, and unnecessarily hostile toward our group and other sports teams staying here. We have been threatened with being kicked out multiple times over damage we did not cause. Staff have gotten angry at us for walking to our rooms, having fun during normal waking hours, and playing knee hockey with adult supervision after being told it was allowed by hotel staff. We recently spent the weekend at this hotel as part of a sports tournament. It looked amazing! When we arrived there were 4 different sports teams from different areas staying at the hotel which was amazing parents from all were great spending time together. After the first night the staff started getting rough and aggressive towards parents and children as early as breakfast time. I had a family emergency and reached out to this hotel to request a change to my reservation date (36 hours prior to my scheduled check-in). Rather than showing any flexibility or understanding for an unexpected family situation, I was essentially told that there was nothing they could do because I booked through the advanced purchase site on the Hilton app. I understand that hotels have policies.
