Absolutely worst customer experiece I have ever had in my life! Very rude person whom answers the phones "Netti" should get retrained on how to communicate with her customers! Then again the apple doesn't fall far from the tree if your own boss treats customers like garbage. George or Jorge is in dire need to learn on how to communicate and respect his customers.
