Very Satisfied with our home inspection. Jerry was very therall & walked us through the whole inspection. He was very informative and even provided us with very valuable tips we should know as home owners. Will definitely recommend him to friends & family.
EXCELLENT Jerry is dedicated to the details and despite the home being listed as built in 2010, he looked for and found Chinese drywall. He went above and beyond to support his findings. I would have bought the home if not for this discovery, and would have had to pay a repair bill of about $125,000--not to mention the hit to resale value. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
