Cory Tech #471 serviced our dishwasher today. He was wonderful....in and out quickly....clean and courteous. Cory knows his stuff. Home-Tech is the best--we've had their services since 2016 and have always had great, prompt service.
Our service guy Doug (386) was absolutely amazing! Very professional, on time, friendly. Had no problem with us watching him do his job (not to supervise, but to learn)

Daniel was here today, doing my bi-annual AC maintenance. He not only explained what he was doing and why, but he also told me what I can do to help maintain my system in top working condition. I have been so happy with Home Tech for the past 3 years. I trust all of their excellent service people to keep my house functioning well. Everyone is reliable, professional, and friendly. We stopped by HomeTech originally back in February 2018 inquiring about purchasing a Speed Queen Washing Machine, they only had display models which had been spoken for, which was OK at that time because we weren't 100% in our decision. We went back in March when we had made our decision, they still didn't have any that they could give us but took down my info and said that they would earmark one on the next shipment for us, and we would be contacted within a week when it was on its way for payment. I made the attempt with the available models in the Bradenton office and even offered to arrange for a last minute delivery however, he never got back with me so I assumed he found them elsewhere to purchase. He did not want the floor models even though they had not been used and were actually fairly new to our display pieces.
Their van drivers are speeding through our gated community with no regard to the children on the street. I am talking about Tuscana with a 15 mph limit and driving recklessly at 50+. 4:30 pm 4-30-2018. Who called them?
