I have been a paying member for months and I came in early yesterday and asked if there was a way to turn the high pressure rinse off and I was advised there wasn’t (which was no problem, I just had an issue with it blasting through the sunroof. So, I went home and worked on the sunroof and then returned (not knowing I could not go through twice in one day). they remain open 2 days into Pinellas STAY AT HOME closures ONKY ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES . Vaccum area is packed with people vacuuming. The social distancing applies to outdoors as well . Pinellas county will CLOSE FINE AND POSSIBLE criminal charges for businesses not in compliance. No hurricane threat so your propane is not an essential. FOLLOW LAW protect your employees and the community.
DO NOT use this car wash. My husband used this car wash the General Manager Paul Romera was incredibly rude after I asked for the owners information my husbands back of his mirror fell off there on a Thursday. We returned on a Sunday to be told they don’t keep anything. They aren’t responsible for mirrors. Told us they can’t keep things they just throw your stuff out.
Do NOT go to this car wash. It scratched my paint badly, and they will take NO responsibility for it. As a matter of fact, I was told that they took my complaint as a threat and would contact the police. Do yourself a favor, do NOT go to this car wash!
Went there for the first time yesterday. Appreciated being able to stay on the car for the car wash because I walk with two canes. The car wash was great, also great that they dried it off afterwards. However, I am physically challenged, and it’s extremely difficult for me to be able to vacuum my car myself. I really don’t understand why I can’t pay a couple of dollars extra and they could do it for me. Surely, I am not the only physically challenged person to come there before. Cleanest car wash I've ever been to. Also, Adam the manager, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process of his car wash. Best in pinellas county for sure.

My husband got in my car the other day and was so impressed by how clean it was. It’s great to be able to run through the car wash weekly (or even once a day if needed). And the easy access to vacuums is a game changer! Everyone is very friendly and clearly focused on providing great customer service. I highly recommend!
