Vehicle was damaged in the car wash - ripping the entire back light off the top of my SUV & somehow this was my fault or my vehicle’s fault?? Filled out damage report & car wash company takes no responsibility. Company claims “after checking the cameras” this happened in the “blower” section & is out of their control. What?? Something was lodged in a brush - not the blower section btw - that lifted the light & nearly smashed in the back window. This is not how a decent member of the St. Pete business community behaves. these guys were absolutely spectacular I was very nervous taking my Lamborghini huracan through an automatic car wash but the staff took very special care to make sure that it got loaded on and off very carefully, I'm extremely happy with not only wash but the service that these gentlemen provided was five star beyond belief — with Joe Zago.
visiting from out of town. just drove my exotic 1500 miles. these guys and Dominic the manager took excellent care of me. could have charged double
I went to the car wash and went thru TWO times and the car wasn't cleaned CORRECTLY. I asked to speak to someone and speak to a manager and I was net with RUDE HOSTILE CONFRONTATION. I was told that I needed to wash my car before going they the car wash.....I think the car.....WASHHH IS MISSED HERE.... Why don't you brilush it down??? Are y'all that inept and lazy? Home team car wash is a very great car wash very friendly staff, Domynic was very kind and helpful so glad he was able to help me! I highly recommend this car wash to anyone with a dirty car!
