I was hesitant to hire an agent that promoted refunds back to me at closing. I thought the service might now be what I expected. After both selling and buying a home, I thought the service was great and exceeded that of a full priced broker, I am fully confident in referring Debbie to anyone wanting to list or buy a property.
Debbie Warford, Sold our home and helped me to buy a new one. Hardest working person, who could not have done more to help me sell and buy at same time. She treats you like family, and works for you. If you are going to sell or buy a home, I recommend you go with Debbie and her entire team. If I was ever going to sell or buy again, I am calling Debbie.
She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to the purchase and construction of our new house. I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the knowledge and experience to deal with us on these issues. I have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so.
She pretty much became part of our extended family as a result of our sell and purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you. She listens, asks questions and found us the home that we really wanted. Fantastic Experienced Agent, highly recommend.
Debbie worked through so many issues. First, the inspector found a big foundation issue. She knew a foundation company that she had worked with and they fixed the foundation so the home would appraise. Our home wouldn't appraise, she found comps and got the lenders appraiser to change the value. If you want an agent that knows how to get your home Sold under all kinds of stress. Debbie is absolutely the best in the business, a pleasure to work with. Thanks Again the Lowell Family
