Roomates were doing and selling lots of drugs and I didn't want to be around that. Landlord knowingly rents to people whose whole life revolves around 409 and who sit in the open garage all day partying. Police are there a lot. Since I wanted to move because of it, landlord said he would refund part of month but he lied. He never paid me back. I wouldn't have moved out if he hadn't said I'd get my money back.
