If IKEA is trying to compete in the kitchen design space, they have a long way to go! Went to the Tampa IKEA today where we were pointed to a computer and offered no help by the staff who were busy discussing their prior Saturday night. We then spoke with the store manager who assured us we would get good service. When we asked for help from the staff, it was only for a few minutes and they appeared to have marginal experience using their own software or designing a kitchen. So we cut our losses and left. We're constantly at our "home away from home" and find the most friendly and helpful employees! We've recently purchased all new appliances and a new A/C unit because of the great prices, and the knowledgeable and helpful employees. We'll be back soon!!
I'm very thankful for the help I got replacing tools in a bag i returned to the store. They replaced the tools I didn't realize I left in the bag when I returned it for free...thank you very much. Everyone is very nice at this home depot. I will always go to this store because of how kind friendly and helpful the employees are here. Thank you again BJ Janet and the manager at the customer service deck. I know longer have a mad husband.
