I purchased a range. I specifically asked if it was self cleaning as many now are not. They use a water process to clean them and the reviews are not good. It was delivered and it is not self cleaning, it is what they call aqualift. I called immediately once I noticed the it was not what I asked for. They told me I cannot return it. The sales person misrepresented the product. Not only that the delivery guys would not straighten the stove as there were gaps, they said that that was the way it had to go. I work there, so my opinion may be a bit biased! However, I know from my experience that we strive to give the best customer service we are capable of offering at any given point.
We purchased 7 appliances through Home Depot, Venice in November. We were given a delivery date of January 25. Two days before scheduled delivery, LG notifies us that delivery is delayed until Feb 10. Of course, our old washer had broken in the week leading up to scheduled delivery. We weren't stressing since the new one was arriving. LG couldn't help us and deliver just the washer, so we called Home Depot.
