Very rude and dishonest salesman the first time I dealt with the company. The second appointment they set up nobody showed up and nobody called.

Most people I think, myself included only get protection when something bad happens. I made that mistake, and I implore you not to make it yourself. I had a home fire in the winter of 2017 that fortunately did not take any lives or injure anyone, but we lost a lot of our stuff. We lost pictures of our children, my wife and I lost things we had been collecting for years, but worst of all we lost our home. There is no one in this world that can't have a fire in their home. I submitted the negative review last Friday. Monday morning I received a call from the Co President wanting to solve my problem. Their Marketing manager was at my home Monday afternoon. He listened to all my concerns, which were primarily a communications challenge. Tuesday their top technician came out and fixed several small items and installed stobe lights at no cost as I am hard of hearing. I recommend this company and their product.
