in almost 2 years we have had numerous false alarms. The one time we had a room fill with smoke the alarm never went off. I have had too many headaches from the alarm going off for no reason. We have alarms in both the house and the garage and we have a false alarms go off in both at the same time. Once you sign up for the service you are stuck with it for 2 years no matter how many problems you have. Great way to get money out of people for something that doesn't even work.

Been with this company since 2009. In October of 2019 I had the first fire I have ever had in my life. It happened during the night, my smoke alarms went off, and my system got the fire department to my home before I even knew what was happening. They saved my home, and my life. I can't thank them enough.
