these people called my home saying they were ***and wanted to deliver a fire extinguisher because of the *** connection I am a lifetime *** client I said sure drop it off a salesman shows up and tries to sell me a home safety package! I dont think posing as *** to talk to you is a very good situation I have contacted *** and told them about this

Had a system installed March 14th of 2020. Today placed the fourth service call for the same sensor. Four calls in less two months is either cheap product or poor workmanship.

Salesman was very informative and gave us all our options. Clearly knew what we ordered and they deliveried! Carl did a amazing job on installing the system and explained everything as he did it. The system has been install for some time now. I’m not a tech savvy person and hate relying on the internet for stuff to work. My system works great with or without the internet. The remote is so easy to use like my car remote. I have not had one issue. I ordered extra remotes for my kids.

I have had my alarm system for years and find myself grateful for the protection it warrants and the peace of mind it provides. We have had an attempted burglary and the alarm thank goodness scared them off. We are so grateful. Maintenance is always completed in a timely manner and I always know they take my calls seriously. Have always been treated with the upmost respect and feel truly like a valued customer.

Great experience with these guys! Very happy with my alarm system and security cameras. They were professional, courteous, and got everything installed in a timely manner. I now have peace of mind and am confident that my home is secure and safe when I leave. I would recommend them to anyone.

When a gentleman brought me a free fire extinguisher, he made a sales presentation for Home Safety Research Life Safety Purchase and Monitoring. I listened! My mistake. I signed the document to accept the sale which was $5000 in equipment. I called the next day and cancelled the contract. Within the hour the salesman, Dan A********, showed up at my front door and I said Yes again and the equipment was installed. I called again and canceled. While we appreciate and understand the info Mr. A******** provided, we both felt as though he was providing info more on scare tactics than facts, may have been a misperception on our part, but that's the way we felt after his presentation. We currently have a monitored security system that we've had for at least 30+ years, he was informed of this, yet we felt he thought it was no where near adequate, yet we feel it works for us.

Awesome group of people! Glad to support a local business. We were provided with exactly what We were promised...and more then we expected. My dogs need to be let out to use the bathroom occasionally, the wireless key phobs are extremely convenient for quickly disarming and re-arming the house without the need of constantly punching in numbers on a control panel.
