A great thin Pizza – This is some of the best pizza I have ever eaten and it was done to perfection, but I still have a hard time getting here because of the neighborhood is less than desirable.
Kudos from Minnesota – I have never eaten in the actual restaurant, but my first choice in the frozen pizzas up here in Minnesota is Home Run Inn. Everyone that I have had try it is hooked. If ever in Chicago I'm sure to visit the restaurant.

Best Strawberry Daquiri's – I grew up eating and loving Home Run Inn's Pizza, I moved to Minneapolis, MN 16 years ago and resulted into eating Domino's or Pizza Hut which resulted in me making home made pizzas. Until recently I was told that Cub Foods grocery store sold frozen Home Run Inn pizzas, I was very happy. So now I can have it here in Minnesota and of course when I go back to Illinois to visit, we always have the original.
Best Family orientated atmosphere & food around – I've been going to Home Run Inn Pizza on 31st street since I was a little girl. My father would take us faithfully every Sunday before we would visit my grandparents. I've had many many many Home Run Inn pizzas and every single one that I've ever eaten has been the best around. excellent pizza – the best thin crust pizza in chicago. i have tried many others but this is by far the best thin crust.
Not Good At All. – This is overated pizza slop. They're eithe pre cooking the pizza or using their frozen ones.Even people I know who have been going ther for years say it's not like it used to be.
best pizza ever – nothing beats it .... just perfect ... not too soggy, not to cheesy, andnot heartburn!!
It's Unique – I have to admit HOME RUN INN is the BEST I ever ate, it just taste different then all the rest and the crust is to die for it's not like any I ever tasted. A friend from England said this pizza would make him move to Chicago and the guy who said the crust was chewy & wet must have dropped it in his beer or something.
