Mike S. AGREE STAY AWAY. This is the worst company me and my wife have ever dealt with. From lies, to lack of communication, and excuses. Our 3-4 day installation is going on 3 months. There is no communication within this company. We have had 6 different installers out and we have to explain to them what is needed to get done. We have requested for the installation manager Josh to come to the house and he has never been out to address the situation and we have never even talked to him, he sits a hide in his office. Run from these con artists. The bad reviews are real and there all over. Bought windows a year ago and could NOT be more unhappy with this company. Don't be a victim of there insane sales gimmick. They will not follow through with there commitment.

I as extremely happy with every phase of my new home improvement project. I contracted with HPA a about 3 months ago and I was impressed from the moment my rep Stephen came to my home and took the time necessary to educate me in this field. I have done many projects to this home and 2 other homes previously and this one was excellent from start to finish. I look forward to recommending Stephen and his company to anyone in need of help. Thanks HP-

At a local Home Show, I agreed to a 10am appt. for the next day. Later, when I saw the less-than-mediocre reviews online, I called the office and cancelled the appointment. I read enough reviews that stated things like "run from this company", and "they go knocking on doors" in neighborhoods. So, with the appointment safely cancelled, I figured I could sleep in on a Saturday. Then I thought to myself, any company who knocks on doors, will probably send a sales rep out anyway, even if the appt. is cancelled. Then I thought ag... read more
