I used HPA to install my backdoor which was falling apart. The new door and installation was amazing. My contractor doing work around my house was blown away by how great the door looked. I ordered a front door as well which I got compliments from neighbors about. I am now about to order a whole house of new windows. When I am upgrading my home I only want a reliable company with a product that will last and HPA can offer that. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this business. Run, don't walk away. The owner cost me thousands in legal fees to correct their mistakes and illegal activities. They illegally signed and notarized documents in my name in order to force me into a contract. Let this be a clear sign that they are unethical, corrupt, terrible people. For your own financial safety, avoid this business at all costs.

I just met with a salesman on April 6th, 2020 and he was very persistant that I sign a contract even when I told him I wanted to wait. He told me that if I signed a contract and wanted to cancel that I had 3 days to cancel and I would get a full refund. I met with another window company 10 minutes after this salesguy left and found out the truth about the company so I signed with the new company and cancelled with these guys. Replaced 16 Windows in our 110 year old home in November 2019. Installation done by Burts Buzy Bees and we could not have been happier or more impressed. What was expected to take four days was done by Burt's crew in two. Courteous, professional manner demonstrated by each member. Clean up was great. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. The windows look great. (And will look even better once we've had the old place repainted). :)

door and 4 windows. Signed contract and install didn't start for 3 months. As part of sale, salesman informed me to call him with any problem. I called and left message. Never a response. Install team came with incorrect size door and wanted to cut out the house frame to make it fit. I had to inform install team that I would photograph and notify city home inspector before they changed their mind to reorder the correct size door. Sold my 80 yr old mom with mild dementia $23,000 worth of windows for for a condo worth 129,000. 7 windows for $23 grand. Dont worry you HPA sc*mbags, it is only 20% of my mothers life savings you conned her out of. Josh, Peter, I hope someone scams your mother someday too.

SCAM.. SCAM.. SCAM.. Bad reviews for good reason.. Because they are ALL TRUE! Main take ways I learned: 1. They never intend to perform the work 2. They have you sign a paper to run your credit and one to lock in the prices of the quote and that second one is the contract TRICKY HUH? 2. They don’t call to set up appointment’s I assume this is to get past the 3 day cancelation period 3.
