Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They don’t answer their phones, don’t return voicemails or emails. You can only speak to an extremely rude receptionist. DO NOT hire this company, they are overpriced scammers. My windows didn’t pass the first inspection, I had to hound them for paperwork for the My Safe Florida Grant. Now, they won’t release the lien they put on my home. They are a horrible company, believe all the bad reviews.

Stay away from Home Performance Alliance Update as of 1/7/22- still nothing, no follow up nor response. They have completely disregarded me as a customer after after three more calls and two more messages with a warranty issue. I guess back to the BBB and seeing what now I can do legally. I have a STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Updated as of 12/14- still no call back from last week which I was promised to receive it in 24 hours. I left a voicemail on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and now I am with a customer service number ... read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE company. Do not bother! Salesman lied (big surprise) on installation for July. NO COMMUNICATION from the company at all. We had to call after July came and went. They said September. Again we had to call when September came and went. Finally got installation in October (after the summer/hurricane season, which those seasons are why we moved forward on buying them in the first place). Today two representatives from you company dropped by my home and started telling me that they were doing work in the area and would have traffic coming down the street. I do appreciate that notification. But as they continued on to do the sales pitch of when they have gaps in the work process..... I interrupted them and ask them not to procced with offering to inspect or give any information on work they could perform. This is were it went bad. my thank you to Aaron for getting my roof tarped and getting everything squared away after my last review he worked hard to make sure that things happened for me. roof has now been tarped and would like to remove the previous post but am unable to figure out how to do so.

Signed a contract in March 2021, for a leaking roof and windows for my home. Salesman came to my home and stated that the roofer would be there to tarp my roof to prevent mold. This is now April, no roofer showed, am told windows are schedule to arrive June 2021. Contacted corporate for assistance in getting the roof tarped as I now have a closet leaking as well.
