Met with Rich Cash. He was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding what we were looking for. We were able to do all our remodeling purchases in one place. He helped us make our money go further and showed us different options.
“Very disappointing experience. After issues with cabinet mismeasurements and fitment, I requested replacement sizes, but was told they would not reorder unless I signed a waiver removing their liability. I did not feel it was appropriate to waive responsibility before the matter was resolved. Customer service and accountability were lacking.” This issue has been ongoing for 5months now. Very stressful 😫
