I have shopped there several times and always found a good deal. The staff was professional and courteous and certainly went the extra mile in helping me find what I needed. They even had some flooring brought up from another store because I needed 3 boxes more than what they had. You sometimes have to argue to get that kind of help from a regular retailer. In a surplus shop I call it excellent.
