The sales associates at Suplus Warehouse repeatedly lied to us about a window that they said would take 2 weeks to arrive and actually took over 6. They finally called the manufacturer after 5 weeks only to find out that they never received the order. They advertise the lowest prices in town, but its not worth it to save 10% and have to hold up a project for a month

I live 100 miles south of this store and called to find out prices so that I could make a informed decision on my purchase. Doug answered the phone and took the time to tell me what I wanted to know, and the difference in quality. The next day I was at the store!I purchased 2 cabinets, shower, tub, shower doors, etc..from this store. Not only am I excepionally pleased with the price of what I purchased, but the customer service was way above exceptional. The hours are not good. Close at 5:30 during the week and 3 on Sat. There were at least 10 people at the door at 3:10 on Sat. Should make it till 5 any way.

I was really disappointed in the way they acted. Understandably they are in the process of remodeling the store, but they were very rude! We were planning on buying some vinyl tiles already had it picked out, was looking at carpet trying to get prices and such and the man was extremly rude ! We WERE planning on spending a good bit of money there. But wouldnt recommend going there.We were really disappointed in them.
