I was really disappointed in the way they acted. Understandably they are in the process of remodeling the store, but they were very rude! We were planning on buying some vinyl tiles already had it picked out, was looking at carpet trying to get prices and such and the man was extremly rude ! We WERE planning on spending a good bit of money there. But wouldnt recommend going there. We were really disappointed in them.
I have shopped there several times and always found a good deal. The staff was professional and courteous and certainly went the extra mile in helping me find what I needed. They even had some flooring brought up from another store because I needed 3 boxes more than what they had. You sometimes have to argue to get that kind of help from a regular retailer. In a surplus shop I call it excellent.
