Erik and his team worked endlessly to make sure that we got the house we were looking for! We hit many roadblocks but he assured us the entire time that he could get the job done, and he absolutely did! Always was there to answer any questions that we had in a prompt manner, we definitely recommend him and we'll use him in the future!
