The entire team at Home Matters are amazing. From the initial assessment of my mother’s needs, to finding qualified caregivers, to ongoing check-ins, they are a wonderful partner to have. We also use their in-home AI monitoring tool, which is non-invasive and extremely effective. My mother had a fall and within minutes I was informed and able to get her help. My Dad needed assistance and I was worried I wouldn’t find a reliable caregiving team. I have been so impressed with Home Matters caregiving they have been so caring, reliable and always follow up with proactive advice. My Dad lives alone and fell once when the caregiver was not there and their AI device helped alert me and get him the help he needed quickly. Would definitely recommend them!
