Howard at Home Matters has helped us tremendously. He supplies help that is caring and competent. He is able to help with last minute changes and supply help. We really appreciate all they have done for my mom.
Unprofessional the only person they have available is Tameka . She never answers the phone I've been calling since February of 2025 . They claim they're hiring every other month . But no one answers . Although the owner did answer one time he was about 80 years old . And told me to call back another time unprofessional.
Over the years we have used many caregiving companies. Home Matters is absolutely the best. Every caregiver that was sent to our home was excellent. We never had any concern about anyone who was assigned to us. The caregivers were always on time and went above and beyond their assigned duties. They were all kind, caring and compassionate.
