When everything was urgent and my husband’s family member’s health was declining quickly, this team was exactly what we needed. Kyra was our point of contact and somehow made the VA Home Health Aide process feel almost reasonable, which I didn’t think was possible. Amy helped get the paperwork signed quickly by the family, so nothing slowed things down. A caregiver was set up fast, stress went down, and order was restored. Five stars. Would recommend. Would prefer not to need again

Gary and his awesome team took care of my father who has late stage Alzheimers, at his home. When it came to next stage of hospice care for my dad, Gary put us in touch with an advisor who could guide us to immediately move my father into the best care for him, seamlessly. Gary did not have to do that. He cares and it resonates through the entire staff at Home Matters Caregiving. Thank you for that.

Excellent service for both of my cataract surgery s, there was a problem with my care taker on my second (right eye )surgery in that she wasn't at my pickup point my hotel to go to the hospital on Operation day; second she wasn't at the pickup point at the hospital st my discharge to go with me back To my hotel, I had to get a second set of keys made to get into my room and use the hotel phone to find her at the hospital ( I almost called the police not knowing where she was) because she had my wallet, money,$400.00, credit ... read more

It's hard to find good help, and it's hard not to share when you do. I've had two distinct engagements of Home Matters, each lasting a few weeks, months apart. Although they involved different home health aide workers, both assigned workers were attentive, friendly and competent. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Gary and his staff are exceptional. They were able to get care in place for our father with very little notice and he made himself readily available to answer the many questions that my sister and I had for him. The staff are very compassionate and caring. Tony, my dad’s aide was eager to help and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend them.
